KidMin

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."

Matthew 19:14

Imagine a place where your child feels accepted, loved, and can’t wait to come to church week after week…A place where kids learn to Love God  with worship music, reading God’s Word in the Bible, and prayer…A place where kids learn to Love Others by building meaningful relationships with the leaders and other children and serving together in our community…A place where kids learn to Make Disciples by inviting friends to church and special events, and being comfortable sharing their faith with others.

That is what we strive for in our children’s ministry (KidMin C-Group) at Edinboro Community Church. We are here to partner with parents to bring their children up to Love God, Love Others and Make Disciples.
Sunday Morning KidMin C-Groups

At this time, we offer Nursery and KidMin C-Group on Sunday mornings during the worship service. Classrooms are decided from year to year depending on the number of children and number of volunteers.

Our primary curriculum is from The Biggest Story where every age is on the same page. This means adults and children learn the same passage of scripture each week and is used starting at birth. As children move through KidMin, our goal is to teach them to Love God, Love Others, and Make Disciples.

Nursery (Babies – 2 years old)
Leaders will interact with our little ones, allowing parents to freely worship.

KidMin Class (3 - 6 years old)
Leaders will teach simple Bible-based lessons using The Biggest Story curriculum, allowing parents to freely worship.

Sunday Morning Resources
Our goal is to provide a full children’s ministry for kids from birth through Elementary School. However, due to the high number of children and limited volunteers, we are currently unable to offer a full Elementary C-Group on Sunday mornings. Activity sheets and crayons are available at the information table for older kids to use during the sermon.

We are eager to expand our KidMin classes and provide more age-specific programming as we get more volunteers. If you're interested in serving, we'd love for you to consider joining our team and making a difference in the lives of these kids.

Safety
All teachers are required to submit to a thorough background check and attend regular training.  Each child is given a unique sticker each week to connect children with their parent/guardian for pick-up and as needed during your time here. Your family's safety is important to us!
