How it all started...
Edinboro Community Church is a church plant. We began with a few "soft launch" gatherings in May of 2018 and had our first official service at the Edinboro YMCA in September of 2018.
Why plant a church in Edinboro?
First, we love Edinboro! Many of our original planting team was from here and have generations of roots in this community. Second, we want to be here because we care about the generations before us, and the generations to come. We want to see followers of Christ discipling others to walk, talk, and live like Jesus. Lastly, we believe we are called to this area to help serve in our community and meet needs as they arise to further advance the good news of Jesus and show others His love.

Expanding the vision...
We were blessed to partner with the Edinboro YMCA for 8 years. Now we are holding Sunday services at Compton Hall, PennWest University, Edinboro. We are a small group church that has a priority of discipling making relationships through Community Groups and Discipleship Groups.
Where we are headed...
In November 2022, we purchased property for the future home of Edinboro Community Church.
In 2025 we began hosting outdoor services on the property throughout the summer.
