Leadership

Brad serves as the lead pastor at ECC. He is married to his wife, Jill. They have three children: JP, Haddon and Cindy. Brad holds his Doctor of Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a focus in disciple-making. In his free time Brad enjoys running ultra marathons.

Kevin is married to his wife, Cindy. Kevin serves as an elder and the praise leader at ECC. He has a passion for music and specifically to see people know Christ more through music.

Ryan serves as an elder. He is married to his wife, Katie. They have three children: Eddie, Emma, and Lily.

Kate serves as the administrative assistant at ECC and oversees the finances. She graduated from Edinboro University in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Marketing. She also has a minor in photography. In her free time Kate likes to hike, kayak/canoe, read, and photograph nature.
