Welcome

It is our desire to make disciples who make disciples. We do this through loving God WHOLEHEARTEDLY, Loving others SACRIFICIALLY, and Making Disciples of the REAL Jesus.

When We Meet
Our typical services are Sunday Mornings at 9 AM at the Edinboro YMCA,  however Easter Sunday Service will take place at 10 AM to accommodate those who are traveling.

Who To Expect
We are men, women, children, plumbers, electricians, businessmen and businesswomen, students, teachers, motorcycle riders, athletes, artists, young, and old, but most of all we are followers of Christ.

What To Expect
We transform the YMCA gym into our Worship Center each week. A typical service will last about 75 minutes. We sing a good mix of contemporary and traditional music that is led by our worship team. There is childcare available and activities for all age groups. Plan to hang around after the service for fellowship and meeting new people.

On Easter Sunday, all children will remain with their parents during the service. Activity packets and crayons will be available as you enter the Worship Center. Nursery will be available for ages 0-3 years old. Following the service, we will have refreshments and a photo booth available.

As You Arrive
Please use the main entrance to the YMCA, where the ECC flags are located. After you enter, you will be greeted by our team to answer any questions about the church and direct you to the gym where we hold our service. If you need to check your child in for nursery, please stop at the KidMin registration table before heading downstairs.

Our Mission

The mission of Edinboro Community Church is to:
LOVE GOD wholeheartedly,
LOVE OTHERS sacrificially and
MAKE DISCIPLES of the real Jesus.

Our Vision

The vision of Edinboro Community Church is to be multiplying disciples of Jesus. This multiplication happens through personal evangelism, multiplication of Community Groups, Discipleship Groups and Church Planting.

Our Story

How it all started...
Edinboro Community Church is a church plant. We began with a few "soft launch" gatherings in May of 2018 and had our first official service in September of 2018.

Why plant a church in Edinboro?
First, we love Edinboro! Second, our sending church (Millcreek Community Church) began to pray and seek where we are located as a church family. We learned over 160 people from MCC lived in or near the Edinboro area. We believe God is calling us to plant another church in the community where our people live. We will maintain a continual connection with MCC, encouraging the same vision of loving God, loving others and making disciples in the Northwest PA region.
Expanding the vision...
We currently hold our Sunday services at the Edinboro YMCA and have been blessed with this partnership. We meet at 9 AM and have offerings for all age groups. We are a small group church that has a priority of discipling making relationships through Community Groups and Discipleship Groups
Where we are headed...
In November 2022, we purchased property for the future home of Edinboro Community Church.
